Slim-Fast launches recall of 10 million cans

The maker of Slim-Fast announced a recall of its canned, ready-to-drink products due to possible bacterial contamination.

Unilever, the company which also makes products like Skippy peanut butter and Ragu pasta sauce, said the weight-loss drink may be tainted by Bacillus cereus, which can cause diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.

  1. This may explain why I had really bad stomach pains for months, when I was drinking lots of Low-Carb Chocolate Slim-Fast. When I finally realized it had something to do with Slim-Fast, I thought maybe I had a food allergy, so I gave the rest of my Slim-Fast to friends.

That made my friends sick, and now they're mad at me.

    Thanks a lot, Slim-Fast.
